New Projects: Grupo Delmar has negotiated with a major bank in Mexico and international cash flow management system to structure on time payment guarantees for loans for tourism and commercial projects.

A new business opportunity arose in Cancun at the end of 2006, also a new financial alternative was available. The Sunset Group negotiated to purchase this hotel under a leasing contract on the property. A turn key hotel operation agreement for 10 years was also past of the package. After many months of negotiations, the property was acquired by the leasing company and Sunset initiated operations immediately.
