We have negotiated and arranged loans and investment for all our clients. Recently more than USD$90 million have been negotiated for special projects.
Working closely with BBVA Bancomer and Bancomext, Banorte, mortgage companies and US investment funds, financing for construction, long term, working capital, take out, mortgages funded in pesos and USD and receivables financing among others, have been negotiated by Delmar.
Accounts receivable for full time residential houses and condos for foreigners as well as mexican nationals, can be negotiated with several banks, mortgage companies and investment funds.
Guarantees and credit enhancement structures have been designed by Delmar and underwriters are available to enter in the negotiations for prime projects.
Lately a turn key financing included construction contractor has been added as an associate of Delmar Group. Qualified by most of the international banks doing business in Mexico we can arrange the construction of a new project efficiently and at competitive prices. Best conditions are achieved if the product is to be sold to foreign investors.
