During the last 5 years Grupo Delmar has consulted for several investors that want to develop projects in the Central America and Caribbean Basin.
A construction Group based in Mexico, the Jaca Group, has participated in the building of several projects such as Paradise in Bahamas and in Anguilla, St. Kitts among others. Grupo Delmar has a joint venture agreement to promote other projects in those destinations and in Mexico.
Grupo Delmar has the financial capability to offer turn key built to suit projects in the area. Among other detinations, Panama, Costa Rica, Honduras-Roatan, Anguilla, St. Maarten, Belize are the main target areas.
Recently a joint venture agreement to develop residences in Costa Rica has been negotiated with an investment group from Miami.
