The Ramirez Group has developed the Tucancun Hotel-Condo-Club Complex in Cancun.
The hotel was purchased by the Barcelo Group in 2005.
Grupo Delmar participated in the negotiations and the legal structuring of the deal.
Previously since 1986, Grupo Delmar negotiated financing to continue developing the project. The development of the complex had several stages since that year. Started with full time condominiums turned in to condohotel. A vacation Club was started in 1987, namely The Sunshine Club.
In 1995 as a result of the financial crisis in Mexico, an opportunity for these kind of projects, Grupo Delmar negotiated new loans for the expansion of the project as a hotel until completion.
As a new developer Group in Cancun we are detecting new opportunities to develop other projects such as residences, condos, hotels and fractional properties as well as commercial shopping plazas among other.
The property was purchased by a US investment fund. We maintain a relationship with principal officers.
