Mr. HECTOR R. DELGADO: Holds a BS in engineering from the National University of Mexico, an MBA from the University of Southern California, USC, and has courses in international finance from Leicester University of Technology in England and other courses in Mexico.
Mr. JORGE CABEZUT: Has a BS degree in management from the University Anahuac in Mexico City and several courses of specialization in finance and real estate.
Mr. ALVARO ZAVALA: Has a BS degree from the University Anahuac in Mexico City and several courses in management and business strategy.
Mr. MIGUEL GARCIA-SAAVEDRA: Has a degree in Accounting from the National University of Mexico and special courses in management and auditing.
PROJECTS
FONATUR: Developed hotels, condos, times share, golf clubs and commercial centers. Designed the system to analyze loans for tourism related businesses. Participated in the design of master plans for Cancun, Ixtapa, Los Cabos and Loreto.
COMERMEX(INVERLAT) BANCO: Design and operation of the financial system to analyze loan applications for real estate and tourism projects.
GRUPO ICA: Master plan of Isla Dorada in Cancun. Development of the condohotel project, Piramides del Rey in Cancun with the Sheraton Group. Registration with the Securities and Exchange Commission SEC in the US for the condohotel Piramides del Rey Sheraton.
BANCOMER, S.A.: Advisory and conuslting on the financial planning of the Conrad (Westin) projects in Cancun, Vallarta and Los Cabos. Management of the development corporations of the projects.
BANCO UNION: Negotiations for the purchase of the Camino Real Group. Financing of more than US$120 million for several projects, the first year of operations.
PRIVATE INVESTOR GROUPS: Several projects, mainly time share clubs.
FINANCIAL FEASIBILITY STUDIES: Development strategy and financial feasibility structuring, risk management, financial and investment strategy and business plans have been contracted by several investors.
